Introduction

Welcome to ibiana, a mobile application designed to provide users with an engaging and rewarding experience through interactive quests, contests, and community features. The app is owned and operated by CompuTune, Inc., dba ibiana ("we,"

"us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

By accessing, downloading, or using the ibiana app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies that may be applicable to specific features or sections within the app. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the app and delete it from your device. By continuing to use the app, you signify your acceptance of any changes or modifications to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed about any changes or updates. Your continued use of the app after any such changes or updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the app and delete it from our device.

Account Registrations

To access certain features and participate in quests, contests, or other activities within the ibiana app, you will be required to create a user account ("Account"). When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself as prompted by the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name,

email address, phone number for 2FA (two-factor authentication) through SMS text message (to prevent bots) and any other information necessary to establish and maintain your Account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration remains accurate, complete, and up-to-date throughout your use of the app. If any information you provide is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated, we

reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the app without prior notice.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use the app and participate in its

activities. If you are under the minimum age, you may use the app only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Account Security

Upon registration of your Account, you will be asked to create a unique username and password to access and use the app. In addition, you'll be asked to provide a phone number for 2FA (two factor authentication) through SMS text message. (to prevent bots). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or use of your Account.

In the event that you become aware of any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your login credentials or any other breach of security, you must promptly notify us by contacting our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and take appropriate action, which may include resetting your password or taking other measures to protect your Account. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security requirements, and you may be held liable for any losses incurred by CompuTune, Inc., dba ibiana or any other user of the app as a result of such failure.

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the app and your compliance with these Terms, and to suspend or terminate your Account, at our sole discretion, if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate activity, or any violation of these Terms.

Rule & Community Guidelines

By using the ibiana app, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Additionally, you agree to adhere to the ibiana Community Guidelines, which are designed to foster a safe, and enjoyable environment for all users. The Community Guidelines include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.     Respect for Others: Treat all users with kindness, courtesy, and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs,

or opinions. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users will not be tolerated.

2.     Appropriate Content: Share only content that is appropriate for a general audience and in compliance with applicable laws. Refrain from posting or transmitting any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate. Users are prohibited from posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains personal information of others, or promotes illegal activities.

3.     No Cheating or Exploitation: Do not engage in any activity that gives you an unfair advantage, undermines the integrity of the app, or violates the spirit of fair play. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches or loopholes, or using unauthorized third-party software or tools.

4.     No Spamming or Advertising: Do not use the app for the purpose of promoting, advertising, or soliciting any products, services, or other commercial activities without our prior written consent.

5.     Protect Personal Information: Refrain from sharing your own or others' personal information, such as full names,

addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive data, in public areas of the app or with other users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the app and your Account if we determine that you have violated these Rules and Community Guidelines or engaged in any other conduct that we deem harmful, offensive, or disruptive to the app and its community. Users found in violation of these guidelines may also be subject to legal action, as appropriate.

Eligibility

To use the ibiana app and participate in any quests, games, or activities offered therein, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1.    Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the required age, you may not create an account, participate in any games or activities, or provide any personal information to us. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and will forgo any winnings if you are found to be under the age of 18 years of age.

2.    Residency: The ibiana app is intended for use by individuals residing in the United States. Users must have a valid United States mailing address to receive prizes or awards. If you reside outside the United States, you may not be able to access certain features, participate in certain activities, or receive prizes or awards, even if you win a Quest.

3.    Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations while using

the app, participating in games or activities, or claiming any prizes or awards. You are solely responsible for determining and adhering to any rules, regulations, or restrictions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4.    No Restricted Persons: You may not use the app if you are a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions, or if you are on any list of prohibited or restricted parties maintained by the United States government or other relevant authorities.

By using the ibiana app, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you do not meet the eligibility requirements or have provided false or misleading information.

Prize Distribution

Prizes will be awarded to eligible participants who successfully complete a quest or other activities in accordance with the specific rules and requirements set forth for each event. The following terms and conditions apply to prize distribution:

1.     Prize Verification: To claim a prize, winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including age, residency, and identity verification. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of any information provided by participants before awarding a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

2.     Prize Fulfillment: Prizes will be distributed to winners within a reasonable time following the conclusion of a quest or activity, as specified in the rules and requirements for each event. We are not responsible for any delays in prize distribution due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or other issues affecting the delivery of physical prizes.

3.     Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prizes. We may be required to withhold taxes from the prize amount, and we reserve the right to report any prize winnings to the appropriate tax authorities as required by law.

4.     No Substitution or Transfer: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other goods or services, except as expressly provided in the rules and requirements for a specific quest or activity. Winners may be required to accept their prize as-is, without warranty or representation of any kind.

5.     Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within a specified time period, as determined by us in our sole discretion, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner or used for a different purpose at our discretion.

6.     Publicity: By participating in a quest or activity and accepting a prize, winners grant us the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By participating in a quest or activity and claiming a prize, you agree to abide by these prize distribution terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules and requirements set forth for each event. Failure to comply with these

terms and conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

In-App Purchases

ibiana offers optional in-app purchases, such as ibiana+ subscriptions, or other premium  features and services, which

enhance the user experience and provide additional benefits. The following terms and conditions apply to in-app purchases:

1.     Payment: In-app purchases must be made through the payment methods provided within the app, which may include

credit or debit cards, mobile payment services, or other payment methods. By completing an in-app purchase, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information you

provide is accurate and complete.

2.     Non-refundable: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in our refund policy. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for in-app purchases, unless required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

3.     Subscription Services: If you choose to subscribe to an ibiana+ subscription or any other subscription-based service

offered within the app, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually), and you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

4.     Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings within the app or as specified in our cancellation policy. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing cycles or unused subscription benefits.

5.     Changes to In-App Purchases: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other premium features and services at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a material change or discontinuation, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and may, at our discretion, provide refunds, credits, or other compensation to affected users.

By making an in-app purchase, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features and services. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the purchased features and services, without refund or compensation.

User Conduct

By using ibiana, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct, which are designed to promote a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users. You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, we consider harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, including but not limited to:

1.    Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users, including the use of offensive, abusive, or threatening language, images, or behavior;

2.    Discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;

3.    Sharing or posting any content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience;

4.    Unauthorized disclosure of another user's personal information or private communications, without their express consent;

5.    Impersonating any person or entity, including ibiana employees, moderators, or other users, or falsely representing

your affiliation with any person or entity;

6.    Using the app for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

7.    Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the app or its features, including hacking, data mining, or other unauthorized access or use of ibiana systems or user data;

8.    Spamming or soliciting other users for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotion, or sale of goods or

services, without our express prior consent;

9.    Creating multiple accounts or using automated systems or tools to manipulate or exploit the app, its features, or

its users, including the use of bots, scripts, or other unauthorized software;

10. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including posting or sharing copyrighted or trademarked material without the necessary rights or permissions;

11. Encouraging or facilitating any of the above-listed activities or any other conduct that violates these terms and

conditions.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to monitor and enforce these rules of conduct and will take any actions we deem necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the app and its users. We also will act on objectionable content reports from the community within 24 hours of receiving those reports. Should the objectionable content report verify that a user did break the User Conduct Section of this agreement, that user and their objectionable content will be terminated from our platform. We also reserve the right to report violations of the law to law enforcement authorities.

Copyright & Trademark Policy

ibiana respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with applicable copyright and trademark laws, we have implemented a policy for responding to claims of intellectual property infringement, as described below.

1.    ibiana Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the app, including but not limited to the "ibiana" name, logo, and any associated designs, are the exclusive property of ibiana or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any of ibiana's trademarks without our prior written consent.

2.    If you believe that any content available on ibiana infringes upon your copyright or trademark rights, you may submit a notification to us, providing the following information: a. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; b. A description of the copyrighted or trademarked work that you claim has been infringed; c. A description of the infringing material, including its location on the app (e.g., a specific URL or user account); d. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law; e. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright or trademark owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and f. Your physical or electronic signature.

3.    Upon receiving a valid notification of infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted or shared the content, in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4.    If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error or as a result of a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us, providing the following information: a. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; b. A description of the content that was removed or disabled, and its location on the app before it was removed or disabled; c. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification; d. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or, if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which ibiana may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person; and e. Your physical or electronic signature.

5.    Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly restore the removed or disabled content, unless we receive notice from the original complainant that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.

Please note that submitting false or misleading notifications or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed, or whether your content was removed in error, we recommend consulting an attorney before taking any action. Termination & Suspension

ibiana reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the app, your account, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

1.     Violation of these terms and conditions, our community guidelines, or any other policies or guidelines that we may implement from time to time; b. Conduct that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable to ibiana or its users; c. Fraudulent activity or the suspicion of fraudulent activity; d. Failure to pay any fees or charges associated with your account or in-app purchases; e. Breach of any applicable law or regulation; or f. Any other reason, in our sole discretion, to protect

the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the app, its users, or ibiana's interests.

2.     Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the app and any associated services,  will cease immediately. Any content, or other materials associated with your account may be deleted, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such deletion. You remain responsible for any fees, charges, or other obligations that you have incurred prior to termination or suspension.

3.     If your account is terminated or suspended, you may not create a new account or access the app without our prior

written consent. In the event of termination or suspension, all provisions of these terms and conditions that by their nature should survive, will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

4.     You may terminate your account and discontinue your use of the app at any time by contacting us at [email protected] Upon termination, your right to use the app and any associated services will cease immediately, or other materials associated with your account may be deleted. Please note that you will not be entitled to any refund for other

purchased items upon termination of your account.

5.     We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily suspend the app or any associated services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, discontinuation, or suspension.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality available on or through the ibiana app, including but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement (collectively, "ibiana Content"), are the proprietary property of ibiana, its affiliates, licensors, or users, and are protected by

United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All rights are reserved to the respective owners.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, ibiana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the ibiana app and the ibiana Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is revocable at any time without notice, and with or without cause. Restrictions: You agree not to:

1.     Reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit the ibiana app or any ibiana Content without the prior written consent of ibiana or the respective owner;

2.     Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on or within the ibiana app or any ibiana Content;

3.     Use the ibiana app or ibiana Content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display, public performance, sale, rental, or distribution;

4.     Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the ibiana app or any part thereof, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;

5.     Remove, disable, or circumvent any security, digital rights management, or other technological features of the ibiana app or any ibiana Content; or

6.     Access or use the ibiana app or any ibiana Content in a manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property

rights or other rights of ibiana, its affiliates, licensors, or users, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

Trademarks: The ibiana name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ibiana or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ibiana. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the ibiana app are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Intellectual Property Rights in User-Generated Content

Grant of License: By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any user-generated content, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and other materials (collectively, "User Content") to the ibiana app, you grant ibiana and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the ibiana app and ibiana's (and its affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the ibiana app (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter developed. You also grant each user of the ibiana app a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the ibiana app and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Content as permitted through the

functionality of the ibiana app and under these terms and conditions.

Representation and Warranty: You represent and warrant that (1) You own or control all necessary rights in and to your User Content, or you have obtained the necessary permissions and authorizations to grant the rights and licenses granted herein; (2) Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, or any privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of any third party; and (3) Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and does not contain any material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene,

pornographic, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by ibiana in its sole discretion.

Waiver of Rights: You hereby waive any and all claims that you may have now or hereafter against ibiana and its affiliates, and you release ibiana and its affiliates from any and all liability, for any use, reproduction, distribution, display, performance, or other exploitation of your User Content in accordance with the rights and licenses granted herein, and for any loss, damage, or destruction of your User Content. You also waive any moral rights or other rights of authorship that you may have in your User Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Removal of User Content: ibiana reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content at its sole discretion and without notice. ibiana also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the ibiana app

for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any intellectual property rights or other rights of ibiana, its affiliates, licensors, or users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, neither ibiana nor its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, agents, or partners (collectively, the "ibiana Parties") shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data,

or other intangible losses (even if the ibiana Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or relating to:

1.     Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the ibiana app;

2.     Any conduct or content of any third party on the ibiana app, including but not limited to any defamatory,

offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties;

3.     Any content obtained from the ibiana app, including but not limited to User Content;

4.     Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions, content, or data; or

5.     Any other matter relating to the ibiana app.

In the event that any provision limiting the liability of the ibiana Parties is found to be unenforceable, the total aggregate liability of the ibiana Parties for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the ibiana app, or any related services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to ibiana for the use of the ibiana app during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The imitations and exclusions of liability set forth in this section may not apply to you if your jurisdiction does not permit such exclusions or limitations. In such cases, the liability of the ibiana Parties shall be restricted to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability established in this section are a fundamental aspect of the agreement between you and ibiana and that ibiana would not be able to provide the ibiana app on an economically viable basis without these limitations.

Idemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ibiana, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "ibiana Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:

1.     Your access to or use of the ibiana app, including, but not limited to, your User Content and any actions taken by a third party using your account;

2.     Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws or regulations, or the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, infringement of any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or violation of any applicable data protection laws;

3.     Your negligence, misconduct, or any other actions or omissions in connection with your use of the ibiana app;

4.     Any disputes or issues between you and any other user of the ibiana app, or any third party; or

5.     Any claims arising from the unauthorized use or disclosure of your account information, including, but not limited to, your username, password, or other account credentials. ibiana reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with ibiana in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any claim or matter that is subject to indemnification by you without the prior written consent of ibiana.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the ibiana app.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and ibiana or any of the ibiana Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Arizona , United States. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Changes

ibiana reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Such modifications, amendments, or updates shall be effective immediately upon posting on the ibiana app or our website. Your continued use of the ibiana app following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes in the Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of the ibiana app. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes.

Third-Party Links

The ibiana app may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by ibiana. These links are provided for your convenience and reference only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services available on any third-party websites, nor do we endorse or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any information, content, or materials provided by these third parties.

When you access third-party websites or resources, you do so at your own risk. By using any third-party links provided in the ibiana app, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of such third-party websites or resources, and that ibiana shall have no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from your use of such third-party links.

We encourage you to carefully review the terms of service, privacy policies, and any other legal documentation of any third-party websites or resources that you access through the ibiana app, as your use of these third-party websites or resources

will be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Advertising & Promotions

Our App may contain advertisements, promotions, or other third-party content that may link to other websites or applications. We do not endorse any content, advertisements, promotions, or other material on any third-party website or

application. We are not responsible for any third-party content, advertisements, promotions, or other material that may appear on our App or any third-party website or application. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content, advertisements, promotions, or other material provided by any third-party.

Any promotions, contests, or other events made available through the App may be governed by specific rules that are separate from this Agreement. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules for the promotion, contest, or event or who engages in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of this Agreement.

Reporting Violations

If you believe that any user or content on the ibiana app is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws, we encourage you to promptly report the violation to us. To report a violation, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Violation Report" and provide the following information:

1.     A description of the alleged violation, including the specific provision of the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines that you believe has been violated.

2.     The username or other identifying information of the user responsible for the alleged violation.

3.     A detailed description of the content that you believe constitutes the violation, including any relevant screenshots, images, or links to the content.

We take reports of violations seriously and will investigate each report to determine whether there has been a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. Upon completing our investigation, we will take appropriate action,

which may include, but is not limited to, removing the content in question, issuing a warning to the user responsible, or suspending or terminating the user's account. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the ibiana app.
